WELCOME TO OUR BEAUTIFUL HOLIDAY HOME IN BERSAC SUR RIVALIER - HAUTE VIENNE
We originally purchased this bungalow for our daughter and fully renovated it, where she lived for 2 years with her gorgeous Frenchie puppy Rio. We named the property after him as this was his first home.
We have spent many years travelling and stayed in some amazing properties and some not, therefore we have endeavoured to try and create that perfect home-from-home holiday rental using the experiences of our travels from what other properties provided and what was missing and hopefully, we can give you the ultimate holiday experience during your stay at our property. We are also both local estate agents and have over the past 20 years always had clients ask us for comfortable accommodation whilst house hunting, therefore we now offer our property to many local house hunters.
We are offering you a 2-bedroom, fully equipped modern bungalow set in an enclosed 1 acre garden that can accommodate up to 6 people. We welcome children and pets and do not have any set rules apart from please respect our home as you would your own.

Nous avons acheté ce bungalow pour notre fille et l'avons entièrement rénové. Elle y a vécu pendant 2 ans avec son magnifique chiot Rio. Nous avons donné son nom à la propriété car c'était sa première maison.
Nous avons passé de nombreuses années à voyager et avons séjourné dans des propriétés extraordinaires et d'autres non, c'est pourquoi nous nous sommes efforcés d'essayer de créer la location de vacances parfaite en utilisant les expériences de nos voyages, ce que les autres propriétés offraient et ce qui manquait, et nous espérons que nous pourrons vous donner l'expérience de vacances ultime pendant votre séjour dans notre propriété.
Nous vous proposons un bungalow moderne de 2 chambres à coucher, entièrement équipé, situé dans un jardin clos de 3000m² et pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Nous acceptons les enfants et les animaux de compagnie et n'avons pas de règles fixes, si ce n'est que vous êtes priés de respecter notre maison comme vous le feriez pour la vôtre.
